For Basic Membership:
· Please enter all your school’s membership information. If a Red asterisk * appears next to a field that field must be completed. Click on the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the page.
· Then click on the submit button once you have entered all your school’s membership information.
· The form will display a confirmation number and you will receive a confirmation email as well.

For Premier Membership:
· Please enter all your school’s membership information. If a Red asterisk * appears next to a field that field must be completed. Click on the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the page.
· Add your additional staff members, up to six, by clicking on the Add New button for each additional member. As you add the additional members their names will appear on the form
· Click on the submit button once you have entered all your school’s membership information.
· The form will display a confirmation number and you will receive a confirmation email as well.

Within 3 to 4 weeks a dues renewal will be mailed to you. Please follow the payment instructions that will accompany the dues renewal.
