Membership Card Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How to login into the NCEA Web Site to print your NCEA/NPCD membership card or cards?
 
A: Under the Member Services menu click the link indicated for Print Membership Card.  Your login ID is your Member NumberYour initial password is your zip code plus your state's postal abbreviation, for example, 20007dc.  If you forget your login ID or password, just click on the E-mail My Password link on the Login screen and your login ID and password will be sent to that e-mail address. This will only work if the email address that you enter during this step is the same email address that is in your membership record. When you have successfully logged in, you will be presented with your membership card for individual members and a sheet of ten cards for institutional members.
 
Q: How do I find out my individual or my school’s membership number if I do not have my membership card?
 
A: It is located at the upper left side in the top most line of the address label of most materials NCEA mails to members (e.g. Momentum, NCEA Notes, NPCD News), highlighted in yellow for this example.

Other important information included in the top line: your member type and your membership expiration date.  The member type is highlighted in blue, and in this example EL-10 is a basic elementary institutional membership, the membership expiration date is highlighted in pink.
