NCEA Publication and Product Return Policy

No prior authorization is needed to return books to NCEA for credit providing the procedures below are followed:

1. An invoice or packing slip must be included with the return. Credits for returns are processed back to the original invoice number.
2. All publications must be in resalable condition. Books returned with stamps, marks, stickers, etc., in or on the book will not be accepted for credit or refund.  Damaged or shelf-worn copies will not be accepted.  Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
3. All returns must be received within 365 days of the original invoice date.  A request for an extension of return privileges must be in writing. Returns must be shipped prepaid to:
