"Catechesis and the Proclamation of the Word” is the theme for Catechetical Sunday 2009. Material may be downloaded at www.usccb.org/catecheticalsunday/index.shtml. The Department of Religious Education encourages giving attention to this important celebration to bring Catholic school teachers and parish catechetical leaders and catechists together for recognition.
