Philip M. Reilly
Director of Finance
Philip M. Reilly joined the staff of the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) in September 2012.
From 1982 until his retirement in 2011, he was vice president for finance and chief financial officer for KOL-BioMedical Instruments, where he managed accounting, finance, supply chain logistics, and human resources for the medical technology company. Prior to that, he held positions as vice president of sales and marketing for Joyner Wholesale Company in Virginia and United States Navigation, Inc. in New York City. He has served on the boards of a number of organizations and is a past president of the parent-teacher organization for Paul VI Catholic High School in Fairfax, Virginia.
Reilly earned a bachelor degree in political science from King's College and an MBA in finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He served as a U.S. Marine Corps officer in Vietnam.
Established in 1904, the NCEA is the largest private professional education organization in the world, representing 200,000 Catholic educators serving 7.6 million students in Catholic elementary and secondary schools, in religious education programs, in seminaries, and in colleges and universities.
