Mechanical Requirements, Specifications, and Deadlines
  • A 15% discount may only be deducted on ads that are placed by recognized, independent advertising agencies if charges are billed to the agency and payment is received within 30 days.
  • NCEA cannot design or produce ads. Digital advertising is preferred.
  • Insertion order form, proof and/or hardcopy must accompany all FTP transferred files. Email, mail or fax insertion order to NTP (address is below).

  • Publication trim size: 8 3/8 x 10 7/8 inches. Keep all reading matter at least 1/2 inch from trim size.
  • Standard unit sizes (in inches):
  •      Full Page: 7 1/2” x 10”
  •      1/2 (horizontal): 7 1/2” x 5”
  •       1/2 (vertical): 3 3/4” x 10”
  •      1/4 (vertical only): 3 3/4” x 10"
