NCEA 2013 is taking place April 2-4, 2013 in Houston, Texas at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

 Are purchase orders accepted as payment?
Yes, but please read our new guidelines regarding purchase orders.
  • Purchase orders will not be accepted after March 2, 2013. After March 2, only checks or credit cards will be accepted.
  • Refunds (via Title II funding) cannot be processed until payment has been made by the government agency.
  • Schools will be responsible for all registration fees if payment is not made by May 30, 2013.

 Are continuing education credits (CEU) available at NCEA 2013?
Sorry, at this time NCEA does not offer continuing education credits.

Where is NCEA 2014 taking place?
NCEA 2014 will take place April 22-24, 2014 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

 Can I submit a proposal for speaking at NCEA 2013?
No, the call for proposals is now closed.
   
10.
 I registered for Convention, but have not received my confirmation yet. What should I do?
Contact CDS at (508) 743-8576 or by email at ncea@xpressreg.net.   You may also login to the Registration Resource Center to have your confirmation sent to you again.

I need to make a change to my registration. What should I do?

 I need to cancel my registration. What should I do?
  • All cancellation and refund requests MUST be made in writing and received at NCEA no later than February 2, 2013.
  • You will receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. Please send cancellation requests to ncea@xpressreg.net.
  • Cancellation of convention registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.

 I received an email from a company claiming to have discounted hotel rates...
