| 3. | How many registrations are included with my booth? Three (3) complimentary, full convention registrations per 10' x 10' space. Additional discounted registrations are $20 per registrant. Click on this link to register your booth staff for NCEA 2013. |
| 4. | What are the Expo Hall hours? |
| 5. | How do I get the Exhibitor Service Kit? The exhibitor service kit will be available in December. |

| 10. | I received an email from a nonofficial vendor. What should I do? While you have the right to use any vendor you would like, it may end up costing you more in the end. All official NCEA 2013 vendors will have use of the “NCEA 2013 Vendor” logo. |
| 11. | What is my exhibitor password to the floor plan? Your exhibitor password is provided within your booth confirmation letter and is a 9 character code that can be used to sign into the “exhibitor console” through the NCEA website. Once you are logged in, you may view/pay an invoice, update your company profile for the online exhibitor searches and printed show guide, and more! If you have misplaced your password, please email Jackie Odemer. |
