10.	I received an email from a nonofficial vendor. What should I do? While you have the right to use any vendor you would like, it may end up costing you more in the end. All official NCEA 2013 vendors will have use of the “NCEA 2013 Vendor” logo.
11.	What is my exhibitor password to the floor plan? Your exhibitor password is provided within your booth confirmation letter and is a 9 character code that can be used to sign into the “exhibitor console” through the NCEA website.  Once you are logged in, you may view/pay an invoice, update your company profile for the online exhibitor searches and printed show guide, and more!  If you have misplaced your password, please email Jackie Odemer.
