About the Live Learning Center

The NCEA Live Learning Center features audio recordings synchronized with the PowerPoint presentation of selected conference sessions: a true multimedia event! Experience it for yourself, and listen to a free session at the NCEA Live Learning Center Convention session recordings will be available for purchase on-site, but at a higher rate: save money and expand your Convention experience with the Best Value Registration today!

Terms and Conditions

  • Please be sure to provide a unique email address for each registrant to receive confirmation that your registration has been completed. The email confirmation will include a confirmation number at the top. It will be used at the registration kiosk to produce your name badge. 
  • Badges will not be mailed in advance.
  • Bring a copy of your email confirmation. It will be used at the on-site registration kiosk to produce your name badge.  
  • Attendees will be charged a $10 fee to reproduce any name badge that has been misplaced.
  • Online registration will be accepted through Thursday, March 28, 2013. After this date, please plan to register on-site.
  • Mailed or faxed registrations and full payment must be received by March 22, 2013.
  • Full payment for all attendees must be received by March 22, 2013.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation and refund requests MUST be made in writing and received at NCEA no later than February 2, 2013.  You will receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. Please email cancellation requests to ncea@xpressreg.net.
  • Cancellation of convention registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.

New Policies If You Are Paying by Purchase Order (PO)

  • Purchase orders will not be accepted after March 2, 2013. After March 2, only checks or credit cards will be accepted.
  • Refunds (via Title II funding) cannot be processed until payment has been made by the government agency.
  • Schools will be responsible for all registration fees if payment is not made by May 30, 2013.

Title II-A funds for professional development under the No Child Left Behind Act may be available to attend the NCEA Convention & Expo. These funds may be used to pay for the “secular, non-ideological” sessions that the participant attends. Funds may be used for registration as well as travel, lodging, etc. Requests must be made to the local school district office (LEA) that controls the government funding for these programs. Consult the Non-Regulatory Guidance PDF at for information pertaining to the use of funds for private schools.
