Yes. Purchase orders will be accepted through March 22, 2014. Beginning March 23, only checks or credit cards will be accepted. Refunds (via Title II funding) cannot be processed until payment has been made by the government agency. Schools will be responsible for all registration fees if payment is not made by May 30, 2014.
All cancellation and refund requests MUST be made in writing and received at NCEA no later than February 22, 2014. You will receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. Please send cancellation requests to email@example.com. Cancellation of Convention registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.
Please note that Travel Planners is the only approved housing vendor for NCEA 2013. All official vendors will have the “NCEA 2014 Vendor” logo in any communication to attendees. If you need to make hotel arrangements, please click here.
