One of the main distinguishing factors between a highly successful development/advancement effort and a mediocre one can oftentimes be traced to the quantity and quality of one-on-one ("eyeball to eyeball") visits.
As a "task" that many Catholic schools shy away from, this is an area that is so important in order to build relationships and establish long-term donors. This NCEA/ISPD webcast will walk attendees through the process of how to identify, how to attract, how to set up the visit, how to conduct the visit, and how to build off of the visit once completed.
Space is limited.
Cost is $20 for members of NCEA Boards and Councils Department,
$35.00 for non-members.

In today's Catholic school "purchasing climate" it is essential that the marketing, promotion, and enrollment management efforts be extremely effective and efficient.
Many Catholic schools across the country have wonderful people who work with the Enrollment Management personnel and administration in terms of promoting and marketing the school by way of Open House, on-campus visits, brochures, website, emails, tours, etc. However, this all begs the question: Why in many cases are these activities not enough?
We believe that one main answer for outstanding success lies in the school's ability to create "Ambassadors for the Brand." This webcast will explain the rationale and walk the participants through a step by step process of how to engage hundreds of people to form the "critical mass" that will promote the school like it never has been done before.

Creating the Strategic Plan for Development/Advancement

A Catholic school's development/advancement efforts are going to be successful based upon a lot of different factors; however, one of the most necessary and needed vehicles for success is the written Strategic Plan for Development/Advancement.
This Plan sets specific direction, prioritizes action strategies, and strongly encourages measurable outcomes. This NCEA/ISPD webcast will walk the participants through a process that show how to create the written Strategic Plan based upon four key sets of people:
- School leaders in charge of Development/Advancement
- Core Team of 15-18 people
- Development Advisory Board of 60+ people
- Entire school community through a school-wide Convocation

As you wrap up the 2012-2013 fiscal year, how successful were your efforts?
This NCEA/ISPD webcast will provide several instruments for you to measure how you did. We will take a look at internal evaluation and also how to reach out to others who were involved in your Development/Advancement efforts and get their input and opinion on what can be done better in 2013-2014.
From these evaluation instruments, we will then look at how you can get ready for the next fiscal year, building on the success of 2012-2013. This webcast will be a great way to end the series which begins with creating your Plan of Action.
