Service to Assist in Starting or Jump-Starting a Board or Council

If you are considering starting a board or council to participate in the governance of your school or education system, we can help. We can also assist in reenergizing or restructuring a board that is not functioning effectively. The various types of authority possible in the Catholic system are advisory, consultative, and limited jurisdiction (policy-making).

Our staff can contract to come to your site and consult with lead agents to determine a process, then meet with the appropriate leaders to assist in formulating and implementing a plan that will best meet the needs and conditions of your particular situation.
