The 5-member consultative board of this pre-school through 8 school has been in existence 12 years. Its five most outstanding characteristics are: it is composed of members from diverse backgrounds, fact driven, strategic, excellent communicators, and sensitive to all stakeholders. A major accomplishment of the past year was to develop a comprehensive plan to assess the appropriateness and competitiveness of the overall faculty total compensation package, in relation to other Catholic schools in the area and public schools. It also has been instrumental in developing a conflict resolution policy for the school and has provided the leadership to organize a development committee, plus a task force to add a pre-school classroom.
