IDEA QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS The federal government is currently soliciting comments about proposed regulations for the latest version of IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act). PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT and FACULTY OPPORTUNITIES FULBRIGHT AWARDS AROUND THE GLOBE The Fulbright Scholar Program is offering American education professionals lecture and research awards throughout the world during the 2007-2008 academic year. OPPORTUNITY FOR PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY TEACHERS The American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence is in the final stages of developing a Chemistry and Physics Certification for ’s prospective teachers. The American Board has been working diligently to develop standards-based exams and is now in the process of recruiting participants to sample test the questions. You will be paid for your efforts!
