Thursday, April 12, 2007, is Sports and Catholic Values Day at the convention. Join Keynote speaker Joe Garagiola, Jr. and 10 different workshop speakers covering all topics related to integrating athletics into the mission of the school. The Secondary Schools Department will host a conference in San Antonio dedicated to emerging leaders and fostering new leadership in the Catholic high school. Fr. James Heft, SM, of the Institute for Advanced Catholic Studies at the University of Southern California, will lead the discussion. More details will follow.
