Upcoming Activities
- NCEA Convention April 6-8, 2010 - Minneapolis & St. Paul
Join us for a world of opportunity in the city of lakes starting Tuesday of Easter week. In honor of the Year for Priests, we will host a "Priests Day" with a keynote talk followed by lunch. In the afternoon, choose from dozens of workshops offered by the Seminary Department and all other NCEA departments.
- Joint NCEA/NCDVD Meeting - September 2010
A joint meeeting is planned between the NCEA Seminary Department and the National Conference of Diocesan Voction Directors (NCDVD) at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It will be September 13-17 and the theme is: Thy Will Be Done. Cardinal George will be one of the keynote speakers.
- Formation Institute 2011
The 10th Institute for the Preparation of Seminary Formation Staff and Advisors was held June 3-10, 2009 at St. Patrick Seminary in Menlo Park, California. Recent Activities
- NCEA Convention 2009
The convention theme was "Leadership. Direction. Service." and was held in Anaheim, California. The 2009 Seminary Department Workshops were open to all convention participants.
- Formation Institute 2009
The 9th Institute for the Preparation of Seminary Formation Staff and Advisors was held June 3-10, 2009 at St. Patrick Seminary in Menlo Park, California. - Seminary Convocation 2008
The 2008 Seminary Convocation was held in conjunction with the NCEA Convention and Exposition, March 25-27, 2008 in Indianapolis. The focus of the convocation was the implementation of the precepts of the Fifth Program of Priestly Formation concerning ongoing formation and the priest as a life-long learner.
