A Catholic school's development/advancement efforts are going to be successful based upon a lot of different factors; however, one of the most necessary and needed vehicles for success is the written Strategic Plan for Development/Advancement.
This Plan sets specific direction, prioritizes action strategies, and strongly encourages measurable outcomes. This NCEA/ISPD webcast will walk the participants through a process that show how to create the written Strategic Plan based upon four key sets of people:
- School leaders in charge of Development/Advancement
- Core Team of 15-18 people
- Development Advisory Board of 60+ people
- Entire school community through a school-wide Convocation
Join us for a unique and effective way of creating the written plan for your Development/Advancement future.
Space is limited.
Cost is $20.00 for members of NCEA Department of Boards & Councils, $35.00 for non-members.
After registering you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the Webcast.
Registration will end 9 PM EST on Wednesday, March 6, 2013
Multiple viewers/participants per single registration is encouraged.
