The annual NCEA Convention and Expositon will be Tuesday-Thursday of Easter Week, April 6-8, 2010, at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The National Association of Parish Catechetical Directors (NPCD) Convocation and Catholic Library Association (CLA) Convention will be held concurrently, all together under one roof.
Keynote addresses will be given by Rev. James Martin, SJ, and Garrison Keillor. Father Martin will speak on Tuesday, April 6 at 9 a.m. on "Laughing with the Saints: Joy, Humor and Laughter in the Spiritual Life." Father Martin is culture editor of America magazine and the author of several books, including My Life with the Saints. Garrison Keillor is the well-known humorist, author and host of A Prairie Home Companion, the award-winning radio show. He will speak at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 7.
