Shuttle Service (New)
For the convenience of our conference attendees, NCEA will offer shuttle service between various conference hotels and the Hynes Convention Center each day of the conference. Branding opportunities include placement of sponsor banner signage on the passenger entry side of each all-day bus and placement of sponsor's logo on marketing materials and signage promoting the service.

   

Device Recharge Station (New!)
Strategically placed in various areas of the convention center, the recharge stations will allow those in attendance to quickly charge their multimedia devices including laptops, cell phones and other gadgets, so their connection to life outside of the conference remains uninterrupted. NCEA President’s Dinner
Four national awards are presented annually by NCEA: the Albert Koob, O. Praem Award, John F. Meyers Award, Catherine T. McNamee, CSJ Award, and Leonard F. DeFiore Parental Choice Advocate Award: all named for former NCEA presidents. On the eve of the convention, a banquet is held honoring the recipients. NCEA hosts these winners along with its Corporate Partners, convention keynote speakers, members of the Board of Directors, and the leadership of the arch/diocese that hosts the convention. Sponsorship of this event includes a reception along with dinner and the awards presentation program.

   

 


Department of Elementary Schools Awards Banquet
The NCEA Department of Elementary Schools recognizes outstanding pastors, principals, teachers and home and school associations at this annual banquet. The sponsor receives acknowledgement in all written and electronic communication as well as the convention and event programs, and has the opportunity to address the honorees and guests at the banquet.

Department of Secondary Schools Awards and Recognition Dinner
The NCEA Department of Secondary Schools awards one outstanding leader in Catholic education with the Michael J. Guerra Leadership Award. This takes place at a special dinner including award winners, their spouses, members of the Executive Committee and special guests. In addition, religious congregations celebrating milestone anniversaries are also invited and recognized. Sponsorship entitles mention in the NCEA convention program booklet as well as mention by the dinner’s master of ceremonies. Company representative have the opportunity to address the attendees.

Department of Secondary Schools Awards Luncheon and Convocation
The NCEA Department of Secondary Schools recognizes outstanding school personnel who are awarded citations honoring their work in secondary education. The sponsor of the Secondary Awards Luncheon receives acknowledgement in all written and electronic communication regarding the luncheon the convention and luncheon programs, and has the opportunity to address the honorees and guests.

   


Boards Award Luncheon
This event brings together approximately 100 superintendents, vicars of education, diocesan leaders, principals, pastors, and board members from across the country, to honor and learn from their colleagues’ outstanding service to a diocesan or local board. The sponsor will receive recognition by the MC and will assist in the awards presentation. The sponsor(s) will be able to network with decision-makers and leaders as well as display their message, company logo and contact details in the program. In addition, they will receive a free e-newsletter advertisement and an article.
   
National Association of Parish Catechetical Directors Convocation Awards Banquet
More than 200 catechetical leaders from around the country are expected to attend this event that honors recipients of the Mustard Seed Award and the Religious Educational Excellence Award. Sponsors may provide promotional materials including banners and handouts, and are invited to play a role in conferring the awards. They also receive recognition in the convention program.

National Association of Parish Catechetical Directors (NPCD) Business Meeting and Luncheon
The NPCD Business Meeting and Luncheon is available for exclusive sponsorship. At this meeting, newly-elected regional representatives are sworn into office and reports are given concerning the operation and functioning of this association. This is a vital part of the national annual meeting and convocation and attracts attendees with long-term experience in catechetical ministry and leadership. Sponsorship includes providing a welcome and prayer to open the meeting, giving a short reflection on NPCD, and the distribution of promotional materials.

Seminary Department Meeting and Priests’ Day
The Seminary Department will host two events: a meeting for seminary leaders to discuss priestly formation and a Priests’ Day. The meeting agenda will include a speaker and a luncheon. The Priests’ Day will provide afternoon workshops with special presenters on topics of ministry, catechetics, and spirituality. A joint luncheon for both events is a possibility. Full sponsorship includes addressing the attendees, print materials distributed to attendees, and a half-page ad in the convention program. Sponsorship of one of the events includes a brief address to the attendees and distribution of materials. Partial sponsorship includes distribution of materials.

Chief Administrators of Catholic Education Business (CACE) Meeting
Approximately 100 members of the CACE Department will gather for a business meeting to discuss various issues related to their work as diocesan leaders. Members include those who serve as superintendents, assistant superintendents, diocesan directors of religious education (DRE’s), representatives of religious congregations, and others responsible for U.S. Catholic educational and catechetical programs. Sponsorship benefits include attendance, introductions, and distribution of appropriate materials at the meeting.

National Association of Parish Catechetical Directors Emmaus Award
