NCEA does not collect or provide data about public schools or comparisons between public and private schools.  There is no national database that does this.

Databank Data Collection Forms

Databank Data Collection Forms. The source document format for the annual collection of statistical information for Catholic Schools is avaialbe here for dowload and copying.  It cannot be used for electronic submission of data.

* For the best print quality of the diocesan data form, set/load your printer to use legal length paper and set the Acrobat Page Scaling field to "None". Check the box "Choose Paper Source by PDF Page Size" in the Acrobat print menu. The "Auto-Rotate and Center" box may stay checked if already checked. Doing this will print the form in its original size.

Instead of the paper form, an Excel Workbook for the Diocesan Data Summary is available.  It can be downloaded and completed electronically and returned to NCEA via email when completed.This is only for Diocesan Education OfficesClick here to obtain the form. Be sure and save the Excel Workbook to your local PC after opening the form.

A similar school report form for use by the diocesan school offices is also available.  Diocesan administrators may contact Margaret Schultz (mschultz@ncea.org) for access to this electronic file.
