Convention 2007, Day Three
The National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) opened its 104th annual convention and exposition Tuesday, April 10, at the Baltimore Convention Center. NCEA is meeting in Baltimore for only the third time in the association’s 104-year history. Previous conventions were held in the city in 1916 and 2000. Throughout the week, the conference logo provided a dramatic backdrop for liturgies and keynote addresses.

Joe Garagiola, Jr., senior vice president of baseball operations for major league baseball, kicked off Thursday's activities with his keynote address.

The exhibit hall continues to be a popular attraction.

Attendees lined up for a Joe Garagiola autograph following his Thursday keynote presentation.
