Hello and welcome! This information will help you understand how to pay your dues for membership in the NCEA Elementary Schools Department.
As you know, NCEA has changed the way it collects dues from elementary schools. We are now using an online registration process. The new process will be faster and less expensive in the long-run.
For this year only, we ask you to complete an online form to register your school. This will ensure we have the most accurate and up-to-date information on our members. Next year, you will not have to register your school (though you will be able to input any changes, as needed).
Q: How do I register my school with FACTS Tuition Management to receive my 2011 NCEA dues renewal?

A registration form will appear; please complete this form. Choose basic membership or premier membership.

For Basic Membership:
Please enter all your school’s membership information. If a Red asterisk * appears next to a field, that field must be completed. Click on the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the page.
Then click on the Submit button once you have entered all your school’s membership information.
The form will display a confirmation number and you will receive a confirmation email as well.

For Premier Membership:
Please enter all your school’s membership information. If a Red asterisk * appears next to a field, that field must be completed. Click on the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the page.
Add your additional staff members, up to six, by clicking on the Add New button for each additional member. As you add the additional members, their names will appear on the form.
Click on the Submit button once you have entered all your school’s membership information.
The form will display a confirmation number and you will receive a confirmation email as well.

Once you have completed the online form, a dues renewal notice will be mailed to you in 3-4 weeks.
Please follow the payment instructions that will accompany the dues renewal.

Q: Why do I need to register my school with FACTS Tuition Management to get a NCEA dues renewal?
A: In NCEA’s continuing effort to serve you better, the NCEA Department of Elementary Schools is working with FACTS Tuition Management to make your dues renewal as simple as possible. In partnering with FACTS, you can now choose the payment option that best serves you.
Q: Is this partnering program with FACTS Tuition Management open to all NCEA memberships?
A: No, not at this time. Currently the program is only open to NCEA Department of Elementary Schools Institutional Members. However as the partnership continues other NCEA departmental memberships will be added.
