A Prayer for 2013
You, Father, are Ancient of Days;
with your wisdom guide us.
You, Jesus, are the Great Teacher;
with your mercy instruct us.
You, Holy Spirit, are the Giver of Life;
with your love empower us.
May we be light to those who sit in darkness
And strength to those imprisoned in ignorance.
In this Year of Faith, may each day of 2013 be a revelation of your goodness to us,
And may we share your goodness with all those in need.
In your holy name we pray, Amen.
