Leadership Development Office
History
The Office of Leadership Development was established July 1998 in order to give heightened visibility to a critical challenge facing the church today: identifying, recruiting, nurturing, forming and educating leaders "driven by the mission" of Catholic education. Over 100 years ago in fact, NCEA recognized the central role of leadership in its mission statement. The Office of Leadership Development was created to provide additional service to arch/diocesan leaders in their ministry and thus works closely with the CACE department to coordinate services.
The services we currently offer include Financial Management Workshops and Strategic Planning for Dioceses. If you have other needs, please contact a member of the leadership office staff to discuss NCEA's ability to satisfy that need.
