Holy Trinity Child Development Center
Newport, Kentucky

Holy Trinity Child Development Center, which is part of Holy Trinity School, the families of Northern Kentucky communities across the river from Cincinnati, Ohio, from varying cultural, racial, and socio-economic backgrounds, through a preschool program, all day daycare, after school care, and Summer Time Fun Program.

Our program is child-centered, based upon the belief that play is the best way for children to learn. Our approach is individualized to meet each child’s needs and interests with classrooms organized in centers for creative art, literature, science and pre-math, dramatic play, cognitive and large and small motor development. The environment is planned to stimulate imagination and creativity, socialization, exploration and discovery, while challenging the use of muscles important to physical and brain development.

The Center is in partnership with the parents. There is an orientation to familiarize them with the program, facility, and staff. The parents are invited to come to the Center any time to observe, assist or conference.

The staff of the Center must maintain have or be working toward a CDA (Child Development Associate Credential), must maintain certification through yearly in-service.
