This year-long cohort for newer principals in Catholic schools will provide support and training through the lens of the NSBECS. Catholic school leaders will be led through the scenarios and learning modules rooted in the 4 Domains of the NSBECS. A hybrid cohort made up of leaders in Catholic schools throughout the country, led by NCEA staff, and joined by dynamic guest presenters, this program combines instruction, small group processing and support mechanisms to strengthen skills for newer leaders.

Stress is a common feature of a student's experience; from preparing for exams and transitioning to new school environments, to thinking of larger goals after graduation.
