Speak Up Research Project for Digital Learning
NCEA is excited to be partnering with Project Tomorrow to facilitate participation by Catholic arch/dioceses, religious congregation systems, networks of Catholic schools and Catholic schools in the Speak Up Research Project for Digital Learning. Speak Up encourages students, teachers, parents and administrators to share their ideas about key educational issues. Participants will gain insights into their students' aspirations for using technology to learn, their teacher's aspirations for teaching with technology and their parents' thoughts on the issues through Speak Up.
What is Speak Up?
The Speak Up Research Project for Digital Learning, a national initiative of Project Tomorrow, is both a national research project and a free service to schools and districts everywhere. Since fall 2003, Speak Up has helped districts and schools include the voices of their students, teachers, administrators and parents in annual and long-term planning. More than 5.4 million participants have made Speak Up the largest collection of authentic, unfiltered stakeholder input on education, technology, schools of the future, STEM instruction, teacher PD, career exploration and more. NCEA is encouraging all Catholic educators to take advantage of Speak Up to gather valuable feedback data for strategic planning, funding proposals and school-to-home communications.
