NCEA 2020 Convention & Expo Cancellation Information

As you are aware, NCEA made the decision to cancel NCEA 2020 Convention & Expo in Baltimore because of the coronavirus pandemic. We would like to thank you for your patience as we developed the refund strategy for NCEA 2020. Please find below information on NCEA 2020 refunds policy.

NCEA 2020 Attendees

  • Refunds for NCEA 2020 will start the first week of June.
  • NCEA will reimburse 100% of fees paid.  We are currently working on a course of action to process all refunds ASAP. We have over 3,000 refunds to process and we would like to thank you in advance for your patience.
  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payer.
  • Refunds will be based on the date of registration (individual or group).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment type (credit card or check).
  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payer.
  • CDS is unable to send individual refund confirmation receipts. To print a copy of your refund receipt, please access the Registration Resource Center (RRC). You will need your email address and badge number.
    • Once you have logged-in to the RRC, click on “My Account and then “Print Receipt”.

NCEA 2020 Exhibitors

Please find below information on NCEA 2020 refunds policy:
  • Refunds for NCEA 2020 will start the first week of June. We have a large volume of fees refunds to process and we would like to thank you in advance for your patience.
  • NCEA will reimburse 100% of exhibit fees paid.
  • Due to NCEA policy, NCEA 2020 payments cannot be applied to NCEA 2021.
  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payer
  • Due to the volume of reimbursements, all refunds will be issued via check.
  • If you paid for additional registrations over your allotment, you will be refunded as well separate of your booth fees.

Additional Benefits

  • Your company name and description will be listed on the NCEA Virtual platform.
  • Your company name will appear in the summer issue of Momentum.
  • You will also receive an opportunity to advertise in Momentum at a discounted rate.
  • We are working on details to send you the NCEA 2020 attendee list.

Additional Information

  • Connections Housing will automatically cancel your hotel reservation. If you have already cancelled your reservation directly with your hotel that is fine. Please be aware that you may also receive a separate cancellation acknowledgement email from the hotel.
  • If you did not book your hotel through Connections Housing, please make sure you have taken the necessary steps to cancel the hotel room.
  • We will not refund individual travel costs. If you purchased travel insurance, please contact your provider for information and next steps. We apologize for any inconvenience and challenges this may cause you.
  • Exhibitor Dashboard: Please use this site if you need to print a receipt for your booth payment. If you have problems logging in please contact customer service toll free at 888-527-8823 or 513-527-8823.
  • Global Experience Solutions: Call the National Service Center to cancel any order made through GES. Call us Monday - Friday 6 AM - 5PM PDT at (800) 801-7648 or (702) 515-5970.
  • Connections Housing: If you have questions or need assistance regarding the cancellation of your room reservations, please call Connections Housing at 855-476-6976.
