Integrating the NSBECS with Prevailing Teacher Evaluation Models

This presentation proposes criteria for teacher evaluation that reflects both prevailing models (Danielson and Marzano) and the NSBECS. This integrated framework incorporates both formative and summative components and is tied to school improvement planning and teacher goals.
