NCEA 2017 Convention & Expo Is a Trade Show Executive Winner
Total attendance for NCEA 2017 Convention & Expo garners pacesetter status.
Arlington, VA — The National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) 2017 Convention & Expo was among the leading industry notables in the Trade Show Executive (TSE) Fastest 50 Awards, winning in the metric for Fastest 50 – By Total Attendance.
"I am very proud of all the hard work by the many individuals who contributed to the success of NCEA 2017. It is an honor to be recognized by TSE along with so many outstanding organizations," said NCEA Director of Events, Amy Durkin, CEM, CMP.
The Fastest 50 is the trade show industry’s annual grand salute to the shows that put their figurative feet on the gas in 2017. According to TSE, the winners outdid themselves in terms of growing their exhibit space, number of exhibitors and attendance. These frontrunners will be the TSE guests of honor at the prestigious Hyatt Regency Chicago on June 13-15 for the TSE Fastest 50 Awards and Summit.
"The Fastest 50 and the Next 50 are the pacesetters of the trade show industry, and everyone can take note of their stellar accomplishments," said TSE Publisher/Editor Gabrielle Weiss. "Along with Choose Chicago and our other elite sponsors, everyone at TSE is looking forward to welcoming a blue-ribbon crowd to the Fastest 50 Awards & Summit."
Dr. Thomas Burnford, NCEA president/CEO remarked, "Putting together the annual NCEA Convention & Expo takes a lot of time and energy. Each year at convention our goal is to offer significant professional development opportunities to as many participants as possible from Catholic school communities around the nation and the world. It’s satisfying to see that all that hard work set a trend and has been recognized by the industry."
The NCEA 2018 Convention & Expo will be held April 3 – 5 in Cincinnati, OH, showcasing more than 230 professional development sessions, an exhibit hall with cutting-edge resources and materials, presentations on classroom innovations and new technologies for educators.
