Stephen Comeau, CFX
Executive Assistant to the President
An Xaverian Brother, Brother Stephen Comeau manages the president's schedule and office maintaining correspondence with association members and school and diocesan leadership, organizing and scheduling meetings, including for the NCEA Board of Directors. Working with NCEA chief officers, executive directors, directors and managers, he supports the daily business operations of the association.

As a key thought leader, Jill Annable is responsible for leading professional development in the area of academic excellence, a core competency required under the National Standards and Benchmarks for Effective Catholic Elementary and Secondary Schools (NSBECS).
Quintina (Tina) Armstead-Brown
Member Services Associate
Tina Armstead-Brown assists members with dues renewal payments and publication orders, as well as edits and updates member profiles as necessary. Tina troubleshoots member logins to the NCEA website and facilitates registration for professional development events, webinars and graduate courses for teachers. She maintains the member database and ensures members have access to all relevant benefits and resources.
Business Relationship Manager
Crystal Berry is the business relationship manager for NCEA. Her work at the NCEA will focus on business relationship management to ensure the success and longevity of our partner relationships. As the business relationship manager, Ms. Berry acts as a liaison between the NCEA and its Business Partners. She is responsible for developing and strengthening business relationships, helping members and partners connect in ways that improve outcomes for students and schools.
Ms. Berry is a product of Catholic education and is a highly experienced and mission-driven marketing and communications professional with more than 12 years of experience in communications and project management including direct marketing, marketing operations in professional services, education, political, and non-profit foundation sectors. Ms. Berry has spent the last four years in dedicated focus on the sustainability and longevity of Catholic education through initiatives related to marketing, enrollment management, strategic development and broad donor and philanthropic relationship management.
Cedric Bernescut is responsible for the management, strategy and execution of the IT infrastructure for NCEA. He also oversees technical projects in alignment with organizational goals and directs the effective delivery of networks, development and disaster recovery systems and processes.

Vice President of Communications
Margaret Kaplow's responsibilities include proclaiming the good news of Catholic school education, promoting the association’s events in professional development and leadership and publishing books for the membership.
Jon Login collaborates with internal and external teams, stakeholders and corporate partners to implement and optimize technological solutions. He focuses primarily on event management and digital media for the association's professional development initiatives.
Laura is the relationship manager in finance and operations. She has the responsibility of recruiting new members and retaining current members. Her position includes providing membership, product and service information and support.
Vice President of Member Services
Wade Marshall handles the development and implementation of NCEA's member recruitment, orientation, engagement, retention and satisfaction strategies. In addition, he manages NCEA publications and the online bookstore.
Scott Matthias maintains a variety of websites and the email platform. In addition, Scott implements enhancements that further assist the important work of NCEA's members. Scott is associate organist at the Cathedral of St. Thomas More in Arlington, VA.
Dale McDonald, PBVM, Ph.D.
Vice President of Public Policy
Dale McDonald has testified before Congress and committees convened by the White House, U.S. Department of Education and United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and presents on policy issues in a variety of venues. She earned a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Boston College, a M.S. in Educational Administration from Pace University, an M.A. in American History and a B.S. in Elementary Education from Fordham University.

Bea Ruiz provides comprehensive graphic design services and ensures brand consistency for marketing materials, social media and publications across the organization.

Annie Smith works closely with NCEA staff to analyze information and data for use in problem-solving and strategic decisions and for making recommendations beneficial to NCEA and its members.
