Important Information To Know

• NCEA 2023 will be held at the Dallas/Irving Convention Center from Tuesday, April 11 to Thursday, April 13
• Space is on a first-come, first-serve basis
• Each booth space sponsorship will receive four exhibit hall registration passes
• We are projecting between 3,000-3,200 attendees
• We have four distinct areas for vendors:
  • Corporate Partner Pavilion (must be a fiscal year underwriter)
  • Preferred Vendor Space (Corner)
  • Retail Vendor Space
  • Non-Profit Space (must be a registered 501(c)(3))
• Move-in: Monday, April 10, 3 - 8 PM or Tuesday, April 11, 8 - 11 AM
• Move-out: Wednesday, April 12, 6 - 8 PM or Thursday, April 13, 8 AM - 12 PM
