A Framework for Serving English Learners in Catholic Schools From the English Language Learners sub-series of the Exceptional Learners Series (ELS). In order to better understand English learners and learn how to apply learning techniques to their work, it is important to know that at the core of this is the belief that to serve is deeply rooted in the tradition of Catholic schooling in America.
