Basic ideas still usable Jan 25, 2014 6:01 PM
By: Rick Oldenburg

While this book has not been updated for new changes in technology, the ideas for creating an atmosphere supportive of phoners and organizing the physical area are very viable. For those with great need an little finances to back technology, this book could be the key to successfully increasing the all-important Annual Fund.
