NCEA Hosts Social Media Influencer Contest for Catholic School Educators

Participants in the Send a Teacher to NCEA 2017 Convention & Expo Social Media Influencer Contest are announced

Arlington, VA – The National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) introduces its first Social Media Influencer Contest to begin September 27, 2016.  NCEA will follow the 10 Catholic school educators hoping to make their marks in the social media realm of Catholic education.

NCEA will be actively following the efforts of these teachers as they work hard to tweet, post, trend, blog and tag their way to the NCEA 2017 Convention & Expo in St. Louis, Missouri, April 18 – 20.  The teachers will increase their following, spread their messages and spur their engagement through cross promotion of their social strategies.

The top prize is paid registration by NCEA for the NCEA 2017 Convention & Expo, two nights stay at a nearby hotel and a $500 gift card toward travel or any other NCEA 2017 expenses.  The NCEA Convention & Expo is the largest private-education association gathering in the nation.  Those participating represent all aspects of Catholic school and faith-based education from preschool, elementary and secondary gathering to share in best-practices and professional development.  The Convention is a time to celebrate, to acquire new knowledge and to renew the spirit.
