Discover Catholic Schools Week
November 16 – 22, 2025
NCEA continues promoting a second week for Catholic schools to leverage their good news in a national initiative with Discover Catholic Schools Week (DCSW). The weeklong DCSW is November 16 – 22, 2025, and is designated to help schools connect with prospective families, donors, educators and community members. We want to help you showcase what makes Catholic schools the best. Your school’s best characteristics and outreach are just what families need when looking to find the right school for them.
Each year, NCEA relies on valuable feedback from Catholic schools across the country on how we might help improve the Celebrate Catholic Schools Week (CSW) experience. In 2016, we introduced a “year-round marketing” mentality to Catholic school communications strategies. The purpose of the kit and the strategy is to have schools take the spirit (and theme and logo) of CSW and implement it into a full year’s marketing plan.
From January 25 – 31, 2026, the tradition continues with Celebrate Catholic Schools Week. This is the annual celebration of Catholic school education throughout the United States. Schools typically observe the week with Masses, assemblies and other activities for students, families, parishioners and community members to celebrate and congratulate the great work and good news of Catholic schools.
Catholic schools choose to participate in both weeks or one—that’s okay! What is most important is to join in on the national celebrations in a way that works best for your school community. Make CSW your own and share your ideas with NCEA and other schools using #CSW2026 and [email protected], YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X.
